HEROES 5 PEAKS CHALLENGE

The National 3 Peaks Challenge attempts to summit the highest peak in Wales, England, and Scotland in under 24 hours. Why stop at 3 peaks? We haven't.
2012 is our 5th year at Help for Heroes, and we've set ourselves an Olympic challenge to match - to summit the highest peak in each nation of the British Isles. The Heroes 5 Peaks Challenge is equivalent to an ascent of Kilimanjaro, 40 miles of mountain paths, 800 miles of tarmac, crosses 4 national borders and one sea as participants take on Snowdon in Wales, Scafell Pike in England, Ben Nevis in Scotland, Slieve Donard in Northern Ireland and Carrantuohill in Eire.
 - 5 Peaks, in 5 nations, in the 5th year of Help for Heroes - 40 miles of trails - ascend the equivalent of Kilimanjaro!
- Full logistical support, mountain safety teams, drivers
- All food, incl. welcome dinner Wales & post-climb party
- 2 nights fully supported camping (single tents)
- Mixed-pace groups & rest and recuperation time built-in
- Sign-up in teams (2,3,4-man) or as individuals
